Thesis Title: An Archaeology of Minoan Performance
About
I am an associate lecturer with the Open University, and an adjunct lecturer at the University of Nottingham.
My main research interests lie in the prehistoric Aegean, specifically Crete. My PhD was on the role of performance in Minoan society, and I am principally interested in the diverse ways that performance can generate meaning, and the relationship between performance and ideology, memory, gender and space.
