About
My research centres on personal relationships in organizational settings and understanding their antecedents, mechanisms and outcomes. Specifically, in my research I focus on taking a processual perspective to relationships with research interests covering pair-wise relationships and group behaviour, inter-organizational relationships, collaboration across knowledge and organisational boundaries, innovation, and organizational change.
Currently I am investigating the process of governing in inter-organisational partnerships involving third sector organisations.
